About
A founder-led acquisitions platform for overlooked urban assets.
Story
Harper was formed around a shared belief that compelling real estate opportunities are often found in assets that are too small, too operational, or too nuanced for larger institutional buyers.
Tyler Tsay and Arjun Garg met in business school at a building called The Harper. Their early conversations about housing, urban neighborhoods, acquisitions, and operations evolved into a shared investment philosophy: buy well-located assets at a disciplined basis, protect downside through conservative underwriting, and create value through focused execution.
Tyler brings operating and execution experience from building Haus, a furnished residential rental platform in New York. Arjun brings acquisitions and residential real estate investment experience. Harper combines these perspectives into an acquisitions platform built around investment discipline, local market knowledge, and hands-on ownership.
